Every client is unique, so we work with you to provide the best solution to meet your needs.
The process begins by sending us a brief for the work to be undertaken. We'll prepare a proposal and personalised quote based on the brief and submit it to you.
At this stage, we're more than happy to visit you and present the proposal and find out more about the project, answering any questions you may have.
Once you decide to work with us, we'll produce a project plan outlining key milestones and actions. For larger or complex productions, a site visit will be undertaken to fully understand the filming environment.
If required, auditioning and casting of talent for presenters or voiceover will take place.
We will work closely with the client to produce a shooting schedule and shot list for the production.
This is where we also write the initial script for the prodcution and use this in conjunction with the shot list for planning the shoot.
Production will vary depending on the project. Depending on the scale and complexity, it could range from a crew of 1 to multiple crew, including camera operators, Director and assistant.
Once filming is complete, all footage is safely backed up prior to editing commencing. We use Adobe Premiere Pro as our edit platform, algonside Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator for motion graphics creation.
During the edit colour correction, grading and sound mixing take place.
Once an initial edit is complete, this is shared with the client for feedback and the required changes are made and the edit refinied for completion.
Once the edit is complete, the finished product will be submitted for client sign-off, and final digital files produced. We can also supply the completed film on DVD if required.
Unless otherwise agreed at the start of the project, all footage (rushes), edit and project files remain our intellectual property and won't be supplied.
We strive to give excellent customer service and attention to detail in everything we do.
