The Brief
JBE Events deliver high-quality communications for an international animal healthcare company, including a series of live webcast events for internal and external audiences. These events combine live presentation, pre-recorded segments, and audience interaction — with viewers logging in to gain CPD points.
Bright Spark Studios supports the delivery of these events from planning through to post-production, providing both remote content capture and on-location technical delivery.
Our Approach
We typically support two major webcast events per year, each requiring a mix of remote and on-site services.
Pre-Production & Remote Capture:
- Early involvement with the JBE Events team to advise on planning, format and speaker support
- Connectivity testing and remote contribution coaching for all presenters
- Remote recording of presentations using our studio-based production workflow
- Integration of speaker content with branded slide overlays and graphics in post-production
Live Event Delivery:
- On-location setup including camera, sound, lighting and show control
- vMix vision mixing combining live presenter, pre-recorded segments and branded graphics
- Live Q&A sessions managed in real-time
- Streamed using Haivision A220 with bonded connectivity (Peplink) for robust delivery
- Broadcast to a secure event platform with features including Q&A, polling and CPD tracking for viewers
This hybrid workflow allows for polished, pre-approved content to be combined with the spontaneity and engagement of live participation — without overloading presenters or relying solely on live technical conditions.
The Outcome
Each event has been delivered smoothly, with high viewer engagement and successful CPD tracking through the platform. Feedback from both JBE Events and their client has been consistently positive, particularly in relation to:
