Agri-sector National Roadshow / JBE Events
The Brief
Working in partnership with JBE Events, Bright Spark Studios was engaged to support the technical delivery of a five-day roadshow across multiple UK venues. The series was commissioned by a major agri-sector organisation to share company updates with regional teams through in-person presentations and discussions.
The challenge was to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across all locations, with tight turnaround times between venues.
Our Approach
We provided a complete technical package across five venues in five days, including:
Staging and scenic support
Compact but professional stage setups, tailored to suit each space
PA and audio systems
Clear reinforcement for presentations and Q&A, including radio mics
Large-format displays
Dual 65 and 75” screens for audience visibility, with clean branding integration
Presentation control
Playback and show management, with our operator running seamless transitions, videos and speaker slides
We coordinated closely with JBE Events to ensure quick setups, consistent look-and-feel, and reliable tech at every stop. All kit was operated by our in-house crew, allowing for continuity and quality control throughout the tour.
The Outcome
The roadshow was a great success, with all five events delivered on time, on brand, and without technical fault. Audience engagement was strong throughout, and the client was pleased with the clarity, professionalism and consistency across the different venues.
By combining a compact touring kit with an experienced crew, we helped JBE Events deliver a high-quality, mobile corporate event series with minimal friction — ensuring their client’s messaging was delivered clearly to every regional audience.
