About our Duplication Service

We can produce and supply an unlimited number of CDs and DVDs starting from just 1 unit. Our service includes options for duplication and replication, depending on the number of discs to be produced.

For duplication orders, discs can either be inkjet, litho or screen printed depending on quantity. Replication orders are always screen or litho printed.

We offer a range of packaging including plastic wallets, trigger cases, slimline jewel cases, DVD library cases, clam-shells, bespoke printed card wallets and digipacks.

In a hurry?

With turnaround times of just 24-48 hours for duplication quantities of less than 300 inkjet printed discs, we offer the perfect solution for that short deadline.

High quality print. Time after time

For quantities of over 300 discs, we always employ screen or litho (offset) print techniques to provide a retail-quality disc print, free form smudging and scratches.

Screen Print

Perfect for solid colours and vector graphics. Specify up to 5 colours on a white base. Not suitable for graduated images or photographs.

Litho (offset) Print

Our preferred method of print. Using 4 colours (CMYK), this is perfect for printing photographic quality images.

Duplication vs Replication

For fast turnaround we always recommend duplication, with an average turnaround time of 5-7 days, often quicker, for quantities up to 1000 discs.

Discs are copied using duplicator towers using 'Grade A' media to provide a high quality product. Combine this with screen or litho printed discs, and a truly professional output can be achieved.

For projects where turnaround isn't time critical, we recommend replication. Starting at just 500 units, discs are 'pressed' from a glass master and either screen or litho printed. This method will produce an output the same as a retail disc. Turnaround time is 12-14 days.
