Vacu-Lug Retreading Film / Vacu-Lug Traction Tyres

Vacu-Lug Traction Tyres, based in Grantham, Lincolnshire is one of of Europe's leading tyre reprocessors.  Processing an average of 4600 tyre casings per week, the company wanted to produce a film to showcase the retreading process.

We worked closely with the client to produce an initial treatment and script which detailed all of the stages of the retreading process.  After getting the pre-production elements signed off, we filmed at the Grantham factory, working with Vacu-Lug's skilled 'V-Team Members' to capture each process the used tyre casing goes through to become a high-quality retread tyre.

A voiceover provides the narrative information, whilst graphics detail additional information to the viewer.

To further enhance accessibility, a subtitled version of the film was also produced.

The film was showcased at the 2016 CV Show in April, and is also displayed on Vacu-Lug's website.  Alongside the Retreading film, we also produced a promotional film about Vacu-Lug's Fleet Management and Tyre Rescue services.
