Belvoir Marketing Campaigns - Autumn 2016 / Belvoir Property Management

Belvoir Property Management commissioned us to produce 4 films as part of their autumn marketing campaign.

Focusing on sales and lettings, we produced 2 short animated videos to be used on social media to advertise the campaign and 2 longer 'guide' videos which gave practical advice about how to sell your property and becoming a landlord for the first time.

The guide videos were filmed on location at the Belvoir Leamington Spa offices and featured franchisees John and Sue Warburton.

The social media videos used motion graphics and voiceover to encourage viewers to click through to Belvoir's website and download a PDF guide and view the accompanying video.
